Consent to Personal Data Processing

Analytics and advertising on the site - only with your consent

1. General provisions

1.1. By clicking "Accept all" in the cookie banner, or by selecting categories in the "Cookie settings" window and clicking "Save choice" on perefile.ru and perefile.com (the "Site"), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Alekseevich Kruglov (INN 771506235482, OGRNIP 325774600559571, the "Operator") to process my personal data on the terms of this document.

1.2. Consent is given separately for each of two categories:

  • "Analytics" - Yandex Metrica and the Site's own visit statistics;
  • "Advertising" - ads of the Yandex Advertising Network.

1.3. Consent to one category does not extend to the other. Without consent, analytics and advertising services are not loaded on the Site, and the Site, including free conversions, works regardless of your choice.

1.4. Essential cookies (section 7) are used without consent: the Site does not work without them. They are processed to perform the user agreement and in the Operator's legitimate interest (clauses 5 and 7, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data").

1.5. Personal data processing is otherwise governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Data processed

2.1. For the "Analytics" category:

  • Yandex Metrica cookie identifiers (_ym_uid, _ym_d and other cookies prefixed with _ym);
  • visitor and session identifiers of the Site's own statistics (vid and sid cookies);
  • IP address, browser and device information (device type, operating system, browser, language, screen resolution);
  • addresses of pages viewed, referral source, date and time of the visit;
  • actions on the Site: following links, scrolling, starting and completing conversions, viewing plans, checking out;
  • for a signed-in user - the link between the statistics and their account.

2.2. For the "Advertising" category:

  • Yandex Advertising Network cookie identifiers;
  • IP address, browser and device information;
  • address of the page where an ad is shown, information about ad impressions and clicks.

2.3. The contents of uploaded files are not included: the Operator does not analyze them.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1. "Analytics" - collecting traffic statistics, analyzing how the Site is used, improving its operation and content, assessing demand for conversion types and plans.

3.2. "Advertising" - showing ads on the Site and their selection by the Yandex Advertising Network, counting impressions and clicks. Advertising revenue helps keep conversions free.

4. Actions with data

4.1. The Operator may perform the following actions with the data using automated means: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent of section 5, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4.2. The Site's own visit statistics are stored on the Operator's servers in the Russian Federation.

5. Yandex services

5.1. Analytics and advertising run on services of YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021): Yandex Metrica for the "Analytics" category and the Yandex Advertising Network for the "Advertising" category. Data of these categories is collected and processed by YANDEX LLC on the terms it has set for these services.

5.2. Yandex services are loaded on the Site only after consent to the corresponding category.

6. Term and withdrawal

6.1. Consent is valid for one year from the choice or until withdrawn. After a year, the Site asks for your choice again. The Site also asks again when a new version of this document is published.

6.2. You can withdraw consent or change your choice at any time: the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page of the Site - uncheck the category - "Save choice". Consent can also be withdrawn by email to support@perefile.ru.

6.3. When consent to analytics is withdrawn, the Site's own visit statistics are deleted immediately, Yandex Metrica cookies on the Site are erased, and Yandex Metrica and advertising are no longer loaded.

6.4. Information about the choice itself - its date, document version and selected categories - is kept in the Operator's consent log for three years to confirm consent (part 3, article 9 of 152-FZ). IP addresses and browser information are not recorded in the log.

7. Essential cookies

7.1. For reference: the following cookies are required for the Site to work and are used without consent:

  • access_token, refresh_token, pf_session - signing in to your account;
  • csrf_token - protecting forms against forged requests;
  • pf_fp - browser fingerprint (a hash of its characteristics) for counting free conversions without registration (kept for a year, not used for analytics or advertising);
  • pf_consent - your cookie choice (kept for a year).
