Cookie Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy describes how Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Alexeevich Kruglov (TIN 771506235482, OGRNIP 325774600559571, hereinafter the "Operator") uses cookies and similar technologies on perefile.ru and perefile.com (hereinafter the "Site").

1.2. This Policy supplements the Privacy Policy and forms an integral part of it; terms are used in the same meaning.

1.3. On the first visit the Site informs the user that it uses cookies and links to this Policy. By continuing to use the Site, the user agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with this Policy.

1.4. A user who does not agree to the use of cookies may disable them in the browser settings (section 7) or stop using the Site.

2. What cookies are

2.1. A cookie is a small piece of data that the Site or a third-party service stores in the user's browser. On subsequent requests the browser sends it back, so the Site recognizes, for example, that the user is signed in.

2.2. Cookies may be session cookies, deleted when the browser is closed, or persistent cookies, kept until they expire or are deleted by the user. Cookies set by the Site itself are first-party cookies; cookies of other services (such as Yandex Metrica) are third-party cookies.

3. Cookies we use

3.1. Essential - the Site does not work without them:

• access_token, refresh_token, pf_session - signing in to the account;
• csrf_token - protection of forms against request forgery;
• pf_fp - browser fingerprint (a hash of its characteristics) to count free conversions without registration;
• pf_cookie_notice - remembers that the cookie notice has been closed.

3.2. Analytics - help understand how the Site is used:

• Yandex Metrica cookies prefixed with _ym (for example, _ym_uid, _ym_d) - visit statistics, click map and session replay;
• vid and sid - visitor and session identifiers of the Site's own visit statistics.

3.3. Advertising - needed to show ads:

• Yandex Advertising Network cookies - showing and selecting ads, counting impressions and clicks.

3.4. Cookies are not used to analyze the contents of uploaded files: the Operator does not analyze them.

4. Purposes

4.1. Cookies are used to:

• make the Site work: signing in, form protection, counting free conversions;
• collect visit statistics, understand how the Site is used and improve its operation and content;
• estimate demand for conversion types and plans;
• show ads; advertising revenue keeps free conversions available.

5. Yandex services

5.1. Analytics and advertising on the Site run on services of YANDEX LLC (TIN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021): Yandex Metrica and the Yandex Advertising Network.

5.2. Data collected by the third-party cookies of these services (cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, page addresses, actions on the Site, ad impressions and clicks) is processed by YANDEX LLC on its terms for these services, including the Yandex Privacy Policy.

5.3. The Operator receives only aggregated statistics from Yandex Metrica and does not receive from these services any information that identifies the user.

6. Retention periods

6.1. Cookie lifetimes in the browser:

• sid - until the browser is closed;
• csrf_token - up to one day;
• access_token, refresh_token, pf_session - for the duration of the sign-in, no longer than 30 days, and deleted on sign-out;
• pf_fp, pf_cookie_notice, vid - one year;
• Yandex Metrica and Yandex Advertising Network cookies - for the periods set by Yandex (usually up to one year).

6.2. Data of the Site's own visit statistics is stored on the Operator's servers in the Russian Federation for 12 months after the last visit to the Site; records of individual visits (sessions, pages viewed, actions) are kept for 12 months from the visit date and then deleted automatically.

6.3. Retention periods of data in Yandex services are set by YANDEX LLC.

7. How to manage cookies

7.1. At any time the user may delete stored cookies, block them for the Site or for all sites, or allow only first-party cookies of the Site while blocking third-party ones. This is done in the browser settings: Yandex Browser, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge.

7.2. To opt out of data collection by Yandex Metrica on all sites, use the Yandex Metrica opt-out - the official browser add-on.

7.3. If essential cookies are blocked, signing in and free conversions without registration will not be available. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect how the Site works.

8. Changes to this policy

8.1. The Operator may change this Policy. A new version takes effect once published on the Site; the version date is shown at the beginning and end of the document.
